Our experienced engineers are skilled at single, custom conveyors, unit machines and full production systems. We use only leading technologies such as simulation software and the latest engineering software in order to visualize and measure its performance.

We carefully analyze each aspect of the design in order to find the maximum ways to produce an efficient process while minimizing expense, maintenance and resources. At BMI we test all equipment to ensure speed, accuracy and success of installation.

Computer Aided Design
Benda Manufacturing uses the latest 3-D and simulation software to provide thorough solutions. We also utilize engineering software to perform analysis on structural members used in mezzanines and other types of conveyors and machines.

Standard Conveyor Design
Benda Manufacturing designs with simplicity in mind to reduce maintenance costs, reduce operating costs, reduce floor space and increase throughput. We also have designed conveyors to withstand extreme temperature variations from freezer to oven applications.

Sanitary Conveyor Design: Meat and Poultry
Our meat and poultry designs utilize tool-less removable belt supports that reduce cleaning and sanitizing times while reducing contamination. The conveyors also are fabricated in accordance to USDA standards.

Sanitary Design: Dairy
We also design to the stringent 3-A standards for the Dairy industry. Our stainless steel design and fabrication are of the highest quality for demanding standards.

Custom Machine Design
Benda Manufacturing has experience in providing automated equipment to suit a variety of customer applications from vertical and horizontal switches and diverters, to custom fruit and vegetable packaging, to automatic basket stacking and unstacking and dolly loading and unloading. We have also provided custom pouch cartoning machines as well as a variety of packing stations. We use the latest motion control devices and pneumatic and electro-pneumatic equipment and control systems.
