Come On-Site to Your Plant

Depending on the task at hand, BMI Engineers will gain an in depth understanding of your current operation in order to best support your goals and objectives. If we will be installing your new conveyor, unit machine and/or controls, we will be taking critical measurements in order to know space availability, space constraints and any additional improvements we can potentially recommend to make the operation even better, faster and gentler. That’s the Benda way.

Blueprint & Layout of the New Solution

The Engineers bring the information gathered from the on-site visit and begin to develop the blueprint for the new, upgrade or improved system.  We will develop various layouts taking into consideration space constraints, maximum efficiency and speed with a gentle touch. We will utilize as much of our proven technologies as possible applying your specific requirements where required. This will allow for fastest implementation of your new solution.

Your Involvement is 100% Included and Approved

Your inclusion in the process is vital to the success of the project. Our Engineers will work with you during the various phases of the projects design and blueprint phase in order to gain your agreement to the proven processes as well as any new one’s we’ve developed for your operation. Once we complete the blueprint you will have a final opportunity to review what we’ve worked on together. There’s nothing new you will be viewing, it’s a simple last look before we begin production on your new conveyor, unit machine and/or control systems.

It’s All in the Blueprint Details

Once the blueprint is complete and approved by you, we will be break the solution down to individual components. You will gain a final list of the part necessary for production to ensure uptime is as close to 100% as possible.

Testing is Done Fully & Completely

Benda has committed to be the best provider of conveyor, unit machines, controls and production line systems and that’s what each of our customers received. We ensure accuracy in all that we design and build. This allows us to analyze the system in various ways and test its accuracy in order to ensure that all components are acting and reacting in the ways they were designed.

Once the testing of the conveyor, unit machine, control or production line system is to our satisfaction, we move the solution to production.
