Our Solutions are Intuitive
Benda Manufacturing provides robotic automation conveyor solutions and services to all your material handling needs. Our goal is to design and implement solutions that will optimize the productivity and efficiency of your operation. We can develop a full robotic automation conveyor solution or integrate it with your existing system. We will provide onsite support at any time to ensure continuous production.
Integration is Key
BMI fully integrates key devices such as RFID, line scan cameras, full-color operator interface, and bar code readers for achieving intelligent operational efficiencies. These achievements are only reached by adhering to the high standards of Underwriters Laboratories (UL), JIC, NEC, and NEMA. Our designs directed by our engineers are what sets us apart.
Our control designs include the use of programmable controllers, variable frequency drives, servo-driven motion, and human-machine interfaces. Components from Allen Bradley are standard but the use of other components is upon request. System connectivity at the machine level or plant level can be accomplished by the use of Ethernet, Devicenet, or Profibus. The system architecture includes the control design, customer integration, and network integration as well as product and automation testing and assembly.
We have all the knowledge and the support team required to install, commission, start up, train, test and maintain your equipment. We have the backing of UR Robotics to assist in the intimate training of your team to better know your new robotics systems.
A BMI Supervisor can work with your installation crew onsite, to provide mechanical and electrical support during the installation process.
An onsite engineer can review your equipment startup, then oversee the commissioning and startup of your complete system, including mechanical assemblies, electronic integration, and controls programming.
We can provide installation services or assistance with integration of new and existing (or separately purchased) equipment
BMI has excellent experience in conveyor functionality, material handling issues, system/equipment diagnosis that can be used when trouble-shooting or starting up a new system.
A BMI team member with train operational and maintenance personnel, providing the details of the system they will need to efficiently maintain all necessary equipment by increasing production by minimizing down-time.
